Easy Tomato Avocado Salad

I had this for lunch today, not only was it delicious and easy but filling. Give it a try it’s perfect for summer and packed with vitamins and nutrients.
Ingredients:
1 whole tomato
½ avocado
1 tbs chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Super Simple Directions:
Cut tomato lengthwise in slices and place on a plate. Cut avocado in half, peel then cut into slices and place on top tomato. Garnish with chopped basil then drizzle with oil and vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
